Augusta County

For lunch break today I went running around downtown Staunton with my new camera trying to get some worthy photos, and I came upon this stone in front of the courthouse which I thought all of you should know about.  It explains how my County is really the most important in all of the US, and how it used to extend out to the Mississippi River and up to the Great Lakes!  It was founded way back in 1734–way before Anything, really.
