(no title)

I know I have a rich life.  But today was perfectly boring.

My work felt meaningless.  (boss, stop reading here) I never felt like I really had much to do and I never got much done, although I never got done what I had to do.  The situation was exacerbated by my body refusing to completely wake up and get with it.  Very annoying when it does that.  But in spite of all that, two notable things happened to me today.

  1. I got most of my Focus on the Family Radio Theatre Chronicles of Narnia CD set backed up and copied to other CD’s.  Now I can stash the originals away and don’t have to worry about scratches.  They really are priceless.
  2. One of our customers told me that she wants me, not [insert name of coworker here] to fix her computer from now on.  I felt affirmed.  I enjoy that.

So the day was redeemed, in spite of all the strikes against it.  I am again perfectly happy.  (well, not quite)

Last Weekend at FB

Don’t know why I waited so long to post these….but here they are. I was at FB last weekend for the TAP/MAP graduation. 13 friends… all finished.

4 of them gave speeches, Rosemary, Arlyn, Sherilyn, and Robin.

Here’s Sherilyn. (video) (great speech, Sherilyn!)
Here’s the choir on saturday morning. They really are pretty good. You can track their progress on tour at fbep.org/fblog.

YAY!

Tomorrow night is the FB graduation! I hope to be there! Can’t wait to see a bunch of my friends graduating, and a bunch more who are not. It will be great!

Another YAY! I just attempted and actually PASSED another Microsoft exam. I am thrilled. Now only 4 more til the MCSE.

I’ve been a terrible blogger

and I think the situation is only going to get worse.  Despite my intentions of posting something like every other day, or at least posting a picture every other day, it’s simply not happening.

I took a good look at my priorities Sunday night, and made a list.  Blogging is currently number 8.  Sorry deepbrew, but you really took a hit.

How often will I post?  Dunno.  We will see.
